Orthopedic Clinical Specialist

Zach Haulman is an Altoona native and the owner of Haulman Physical Therapy, which opened in 2018. Zach attended the University of Pittsburgh where he played football and completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science.


He continued his education at Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY where he earned his degree in Physical Therapy. Zach then went on to earn his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certificate at a post-graduate residency program. He opened his own concierge physical therapy clinic located inside of Dormans Sports Performance. Here he utilizes DSP’s top of the line facilities to treat any orthopedic injury, offering one-on-one sessions.

His goal is to change the current model of physical therapy by having people choose to take an active role in their recovery from injury as well as promoting health and wellness alongside Dorman's Sports Performance, where they encourage all levels of fitness to pursue an active lifestyle. 



Dr. Taylor Edmiston is a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and a 2014 Graduate of Shenandoah University with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. She has background and experience working in Orthopedics, Pediatrics and most recently, women’s health issues including pregnancy and postpartum care.

Her mission is to increase access to pelvic health education and empower women to seek the care and guidance they need to decrease pain, dysfunction, and promote maximum health.

She currently resides in Altoona, PA with her husband and two young daughters.


Dr. Tyler Magaha is a 2021 graduate of Saint Francis University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Tyler was also a quarterback on the Division I football team. He was a member of the first NEC Conference Championship team in 2016. He has a strong interest in working with athletic injuries and return to play. He also has a strong interest in orthopedics. 

His mission is to develop real relationships with his patients and work on a one-on-one basis to get them to return back to life with improved function and pain free.

A native of Frederick, MD, Tyler moved to Altoona, PA and married his wife Grace.
